Meet the Team

Theresa – Office Manager

As our office manager, Theresa does more than just answer the phones and maintain our database, she’s also dedicated to getting to know each of our new and existing patients. And it all starts with a friendly "Hello!" the minute you walk in the door. But just as important to her is our practice’s friendly, respectful atmosphere. Dr. Bolin and her entire team, including Theresa, are extremely patient and empathetic to all our patients, especially those who have not had a good experience at the dentist before.

Theresa is married and has two wonderful adult children, one son and one daughter, as well as one beautiful granddaughter. In her spare time, she loves reading, going to the movies, laying by the pool, and spending as much time at the beach as possible. A lifelong dog lover, she has volunteered for years at the Humane Society.

Coleen – RDH

Originally from Emporia, Kansas, Coleen now lives in Springtown and has more than nine years of experience in the dental industry under her belt. She loves having the chance to work with such a great team. Just as important to her, though, is her strong attention to detail, which she uses to deliver quality care to each and every one of our patients.

When she’s not at the office, Coleen enjoys barrel racing.

Debra – Dental Assistant

A resident of North Richland Hills, Debra has been a dental assistant for 16 years and studied at the Bryan Institute. Like the rest of our team, she’s committed to providing quality care and excellent customer service. Moreover, she enjoys coming to work every day with a doctor who is as caring as Dr. Bolin. Her dedication is an inspiration for Debra and every other member of our team.

Outside of work, Debra enjoys spending time with her adult daughter and her two young twin boys.
